Important Euro warranty information

The Euro warranty covers only the following items during normal wear:

Euro Mattresses warranty include:

  • Wires that are loose, broken or protruding through fabric,
  • Sagging, only if foundation(or equivalent ) and used with the appropriate frame and center support.

The Euro warranty does not include items such as, but not limited to:

  • Bedding Height.
  • Bent perimeter border rods due to moving or bending the Euro mattress.
  • Damage of the  mattress due to abuse.
  • sheet fit.
  • Mattress damage due to an inappropriate foundation.
  • Handles on Euro mattress.
  • Fabric stains, soling or burns Transportation costs.
  • Comfort preference.
  • Corner guards.
  • Cover.

MATTRESS CARE

Whether you have purchased a Traditional two-sided Euro mattress, Or a new Easy-care single -side Euro mattress, we recommend that you rotate your mattress occasionally , which will increase its comfort life and longevity.

 Mattress Do’s:

  • Do rotate your mattress as needed.
  • Do use an appropriate frame and center support on queen and king size sets to ensure validation of your Euro Mattress Warranty.
  • Do keep your bedding clean and use a mattress pad, especially if children use the bed.
  • Do replace the foundation when purchasing a new mattress to provide the proper support for your new Euro mattress.
  • Do carry your mattress upright.It is easier to handle and less likely to damage the mattress.
  • Do buy appropriate fitting sheets for your new sleep set.

 Mattress Don’ts:

  • Don’t expose to fire or place near open flame.This mattress is not Flame or fireproof and can ignite and/or burn if exposed to fire or Open flame.
  • Don’t bend your mattress under any circumstance. Such treatment may damage the innerspring unit.
